- Weekend reservations start the prior Tuesday.
- Reservations for the 2012 Christmas vacation period, Dec. 26-Jan. 2, start Sat. Dec 17.
- State issued ID and a credit card are required for all rentals.
- Rental reservations require pre-payment in full.
- Security deposits are required using Mastercard, Visa, Discover, Amex (NO CASH OR CHECKS)
- All cancellations must be made prior to the start of the rental period otherwise rental charges will apply.
- In-case of a cancelled reservation you will be charged 10% of the rental fee.
- Credit for early returns (i.e. used at least one day) may be issued as a rental credit or cash back .
- Equipment not picked up for rentals will be charged for all days until we are notified of the cancellation.
- Helm of Sun Valley reserves the right to charge a $40 cash base deposit during low snow conditions.
- There is a $25 minimum charge for any obstacle or rock damage.
